Where are you located and what are your store hours?

• We operate both a main campus store location and a stadium store. More information and addresses can be found here. Our store hours can be found here, that would also include any extended hours.

Where do you make a return and what is your return policy?

• Returns and exchanges can always be made in store at the customer service counter in the front of the store. If you want to return or exchange an online order, you should have received a yellow return and exchange form with your order that details how to make a return. Please make sure to fill it out completely and ship your return with a trackable method. We are not responsible for lost packages. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for shipping charges on returned items. Our full return policy can be found here.

How do I create an online account?

How do I purchase my Course Materials?

• Textbook purchasing can be done in store or online. Check our video about how to obtain your course materials.

What’s the latest date that I can return a rental textbook?

• Rental textbooks must be returned by last day of exams to avoid late fees. Please see our textbook rental agreement for additional details.

When is book buyback?

• We operate a daily buyback so that you can sell books at anytime during the year. However, the best prices paid out for buyback generally occur and the end of the term when we are sourcing books for the next semester. Both daily buyback and end of term buyback transactions can be conducted at the customer service counter in the bookstore.

What is Inclusive Access?

• Inclusive Access is a collaboration between your professor, the SU Bookstore, and the publisher of your materials. This was created to provide you with the least expensive way to purchase your materials, combined with the convenience of charging the materials to your SU Gullnet account. The course materials your professor has chosen are delivered directly to you in a digital format through MyClasses. There is no need to purchase a textbook. However, if you wish to supplement your digital material with a print version, there are in many cases a discounted loose-leaf available for purchase through the SU Bookstore. How do I get my Gull Card or a Replacement?
